The client

The doctor behind Lil Paws is a well-known, veteran vet on Kolar Road, Bhopal — a real local reputation built over years of practice. But online, almost none of that existed: an old website nobody had updated, no social media presence at all, no Google Business Profile despite running a local shop, and content on the site that wasn't even original. He came looking for a professional web designer and digital advocate, and Digitaliate started by understanding the business itself before touching any of it.

The challenge, the approach and the results

The challenge

A real local reputation, invisible online

He was a well-known vet with years of local practice on Kolar Road, but almost none of that reputation existed online. The website was old and hadn't been updated in a long time. There was no presence on social media at all. He didn't even have a Google Business Profile, despite running a local shop that depends on being found nearby. What content did exist on the site wasn't original.

What we did

Brand strategy first, then presence everywhere

  • Brand strategy. We started by understanding the business itself, then built a brand strategy before touching the website.
  • Website redesign. A full redesign with both static and dynamic content, replacing the outdated, non-original site.
  • Blog section. A new blog with the latest local posts and updates related to pet care.
  • Social presence. Set up across every major social platform, with a strategy for consistent daily posting.
  • YouTube channel. Launched to host pet-care information for people who need it.
  • Google Business Profile. Fully optimized for his local shop, with an active push to start collecting reviews.

Why this matters

Lil Paws' story shows how much of a gap can exist between a real, trusted local reputation and what shows up online — no website worth visiting, no social presence, no Google Business Profile, and reviews nobody was asking for. Closing that gap took a brand strategy, a proper website, consistent content and a deliberate push for reviews, not just one fix — the same approach behind our Local SEO and Digital Presence work.
