Dr. G. S. Sandhu: from no online presence to ranking in 15–20 days.
A solo general physician in Jabalpur had years of trusted local practice and zero digital presence. Here's how that reputation became a website — and the website started bringing in patients.
Dr. G. S. Sandhu runs his own general-physician clinic, specializing in diabetes, asthma and hypertension — the kind of long-term, trust-based conditions where patients tend to stick with one doctor for years once they find someone they trust. He'd built that trust the old way: in-person, over time, entirely offline. A patient suggested he needed a website. He'd never had one, and had no background in digital marketing to know where to start — so we guided the entire process from the first conversation.
Before Digitaliate, after Digitaliate
- No website or domain of his own
- No content anywhere describing his specializations or background
- Every new patient arrived purely through word of mouth
- Google Business Profile live, but unoptimized
- Personal-brand website live at his own domain
- Doctor's journey page + dedicated specialization pages
- 5–6 expert blog posts published in his areas of expertise
- Google Business Profile fully optimized
- Ranking on Google within 15–20 days, generating calls & leads
The challenge, the approach and the results
No website, no domain, and no content anywhere describing his specializations, his background or the clinic itself. Patients searching for a diabetes or hypertension specialist in Ranjhi had no way to find him or check his credentials before calling — every new patient had to arrive purely through word of mouth. His existing Google Business Profile was live but unoptimized, doing none of the work it could have been doing for local visibility.
- Website design & branding. Since Dr. Sandhu's clinic already shared his own name, we recommended a personal-brand domain rather than a generic clinic name — his reputation already was the brand.
- Doctor's journey page. A dedicated page for his professional journey, qualifications and awards, so a patient could see his credentials before ever making contact.
- Specialization pages. Individual pages for each specialization (diabetes, asthma, hypertension) and service, so a patient could immediately tell whether he was the right fit.
- Content strategy. 5–6 blog posts written squarely inside his areas of expertise, giving Google and prospective patients real, citable content instead of a generic "About Us" page.
- Local SEO. Rather than starting from zero, we optimized his existing Google Business Profile — categories, services and completeness — so his local presence actually reflected what he offered.
Within 15–20 days of publishing, the new blog content began ranking on Google — not just for easy long-tail phrases, but for tougher keyword phrases inside his specializations. Combined with the optimized Google Business Profile, the clinic is now generating calls and new-patient leads directly from the website and from Google, a channel that simply didn't exist for the practice before.
See it live
- Doctor's journey page — professional background, qualifications and awards
- Specialization pages — diabetes, asthma and hypertension, each its own page
- 5–6 expert blog posts — written squarely inside his areas of expertise
- Optimized Google Business Profile — categories, services and completeness
Dr. Sandhu isn't unusual — most solo practitioners and small clinics have exactly this gap: real expertise and a trusted local reputation, with nothing online to back it up when a new patient goes looking. The fix isn't a generic template site; it's a personal brand, content that actually demonstrates expertise, and local SEO tuned to how patients search — the same approach behind our Doctors & Medical Practices page.
